Wealthy City Slickers get Billions in Farm Subsidies. Many never visit their farm.

It was a temporary plan started in 1996 with the ultimate plan to only pay family farmers.  It was never changed and the City Slicker Farmers have been raking in Billions.  The plan is about to be renewed again.  It helps the wealthy so they are in no hurry to change it.
