Juice that protects against arthritis

I am a big believer of smoothies.  I drink a big smoothie 5 or 6 days a week.  I think vegetables do an amazing amount of good to the body.  Try this recipe.

6 carrots, celery, cucumber, horseradish or ginger and spinach


6 carrots
1 bunch celery
1 teaspoon fresh horseradish
(or ginger)
1 cucumber
1 bunch spinach
