A good guy with a gun gets shot by two good guys with guns.

A man shoots a burgler.  He is out back and the police show up.  The Good guy does not drop his gun when asked by the Police and he gets shot. Oh Boy.  We need another good guy with a gun (or maybe the NRA) to figure this one out.
