Juanita Jean: There will be a debate about Gun Laws and Cruz shrunk 3 inches. (Is it 3 inches?)

There will be a debate on Gun Laws because they had 68 votes for debate.  Sen Cruz is upset and his willy (or something) shrank to 3 inches or something like that.  I will let Juanita Jean tell the story, she got the facts correct and I keep forgetin em.
