36 Billion of US Military Equipment in Afghanistan: What to do?

We are leaving Afghanistan and we have 36 Billion Dollars of Military Stuff over there.  What do we do with it?  It is expensive to bring it back to the US just to sit in storage here.  Do we leave it there for whomever to take it for a ride?
