The Conservative Court Ruling invalidating Obama Picks would have also reversed hundreds of Reagan and Bush appointments.

The Circuit Court Ruling that went against President Obama would have overturned appointments by Presidents Reagan and the Bush Presidents. The ruling is being appealed.
