Congress made the Post Office Pay 11.5 Billion Dollars LAST YEAR on Pre-paying the Retirement of its employees. There are no other Public or Private Companies or Agencies who have a similar requirement. It is actually crazy. The Republicans passed a bill in the Lame Duck Congress of 2006. The bill should be repealed and then the Postal Service would be financially stable and the Retirement would be funded. It is a blatant attempt to take down the US Postal Service.
