Herman Glacier. I had wanted to get up to the glacier before the snow. I am checking out cross country trails too. I found this to be a good cross country trail.

A soon as Palin is kicked out of State office, I'll be up there to visit.
It helps to have great stuff to photograph. I had to hike 8+ miles to get to this glacier. Snow also makes good shots. I just got going before the snow had been disturbed.
Most pictures were taken on the rare days of sunshine or sun shining through the clouds.
You are also seeing just a select few of the pictures. There are many ot seen. Like having a big chip - takes lots of shots and choose later.
Pictures give a reason to get out and explore. I am trying to get in good enough shape to snowboard without breaking bones.

Your photography is getting better and better each week Dad. And, it was great to begin with. You're a talented fellow - in many ways.
Someday I'll have to get your help photographing the Ruby Mountains.
We are thrilled to have President Obama as our next boss. I don't see greed and destruction behind his eyes, like the last one.
