Todd Palin Pimp Update - Final request before lawsuit

Thus I am asking that you produce the statement of David Chaney, redacted to keep any information that is confidential, private.   Although I have never been told this, I assume his statement confirmed Shailley Tripp’s or there would be no need for an investigation.  While I do not waive my rights to receive the documents requested when charges are filed, or the investigation is concluded, it seems that producing information that affirms the statements of Ms. Tripp would in no way prejudice any investigation.   Just to make my position crystal clear, if Homeland Security would produce a redacted statement of David Chaney that simply confirms that it was Todd Palin who introduced him to Shailey Tripp,  and that Mr. Chaney went to Shailey Tripp, and received from her sexual services, I will refrain from filing suit at this time.  These statements of David Chaney should be easily produced, and would avoid substantial fees for me and for the government.  It would also confirm the statement of Shailey Tripp which was the primary goal of the initial FOIA request.

Tuesday, June 4, was a bit bizarre up on Capitol Hill. We had Tea Party victims who hadn't actually been hurt—who actually got the unjustified tax exempt status they sought—testifying against the IRS in one hearing, where the IRS, by law, was not allowed to respond. In another hearing we had ZERO victims of actual criminal sexual assault and rape testifying, where only the leaders of the command structure that failed them were heard from. Together, the two hearings exemplify a fundamental fact of American politics: Conservative claims of being victimized are wildly out of all proportion— both compared to any actual suffering they've experienced, and compared to the actual suffering of others, whose voices really are suppressed.

Out of Control Student Loan Debt

You've probably seen this chart before, but it's worth seeing again: Student loan debt is just flatly out of control. I understand why this has happened, and I understand why it's hard to get a handle on, but we're going to regret it if we don't do something about this. We're training a whole generation to be wary of going to college, and for those who do, we're forcing them to start out their lives living under a mountain of debt. This is a recipe for disaster.

MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell took Tennessee Rep. Stephen Fincher to task for using the bible to justify making billions in cuts to the food stamp program, while, as a member of the House Agriculture Committee, attempting to justify the millions of dollars he receives in federal farm subsidies.
These Republicans love welfare for the wealthiest among us, but if you're a poor starving child in America, well, you'd better go find yourself a job. O'Donnell also took the members of Congress to task as a whole for refusing to do something about the massive conflicts of interest we see like this one, where they're allowed to vote on policies that are going to benefit themselves financially. He's absolutely correct that it ought to be illegal, but it's not.

Sy Muckerjee from Think Progress reports that big health insurers, Anthem and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, have been ordered refund over $36 million in overcharges to small businesses, thanks to ‘Evil Obamacare.’ And that’s just in the state of California. A provision of the The Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act requires insurance companies to spend at least 80 percent of the premiums they charge customers on actually providing health care. Imagine that! What could possibly be better for small business owners — who are often operating on a shoe string — than for them to be able to afford health insurance for themselves and their employees?

Sarah Palin - Talking Stupid again.

 The rules about which Palin complains were created as a result of the Organ Transplant Act of 1984. That act was passed as a result of problems that arose because as medical technology developed to make organ transplantation feasible, there became a shortage of human organs to meet the demand. People had begun selling organs, and paying commissions of as much as $50,000 to the people who procured the organs.
-The rules governing transplants were developed during the Reagan Presidency.  The Obama administration has nothing to do with the case of this little girl.  Sarah Palin is using a tragic situation for her typical bashing of President Obama.  There is no attempt to help solve a problem of too few organs available to too many who need organs.  Sounds like Sarah wants to decide which person (people) get the limited organ(s).  Her complaint as VP wanna be was that Govment was getting into too much stuff.  Now Sarah is complaining that Govment is not telling folks to give this girl a lung instead of giving it to an adult. (Govement interference is Govment interference Sarah.)

Thus the gut-wrenching reality is that children die from Cystic Fibrosis every day. Even those who have undergone a lung transplant will die of the disease. Because there are not enough organs for transplant, the inevitable result is that decisions must be made by someone about who is the most likely to get the greatest benefit from a transplanted organ. It is an extremely complex and agonizing decision for anyone to make. Every doctor would recommend saving each of his/her patients, but not enough organs are available. Somehow the decision of who gets an organ must be made by someone other than the treating physician.

Student LOANS: Solutions: GOP, Elizabeth Warren and President Obama

What are the various options?  I like Elizabeth Warren's solution of make student loans at the same rate that Big Banks get which is about 1 %.  At this day and age, we need an educated workforce.

The worst possibility is the Republican plan to double the current Student loan rate to 7%.  People OWE OVER A TRILLION DOLLARS ON STUDENT LOANS ALREADY.  Piling on the debt before they can get into the job market is wrong, it is setting so many up for financial ruin.
