We have continued to have sunny days this week and it has remained cold. It has generally been about 25 degrees but the sun causes the ice and snow to melt a bit, which causes slick road conditions. A fellow teacher tried to stop, couldn't and hit an SUV which hit a school bus. That was the talk of the school by kids today. I am just glad it was not me. You can see ice bergs in the lake too.
How terrible about that accident! Lovely photos. I especially like the second one with the glacier clouse up.
ReplyDeleteIt is great to see it up close, the color is pretty amazing. It is a very intense blue and is something else when the sun is shining through.
